चैतन्यमात्मा

Consciousness is the Self or true nature of Reality (ātmā).

Though born in the UK and raised in the US, I am deeply inspired by my indigenous Sanatan Dharma (Hindu) ancestry.

I feel a strong connection to my Indian roots, a sacred culture dating back at least 15,000 years that gave birth to the transformative realms of Yoga, Meditation, Advaita Vedanta, Ayurveda, and Tantra, while also including other ancient, mystic and native traditions from all over the world - an exploration for over 25 years.

In my early 20s, I began teaching Integral Yoga in the tradition of Adi ShankaracharyaSwami Sivananda Saraswati of Rishikesh and Swami Satchidananda. Integral Yoga integrates six classical yoga branches: Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, Karma, Jnana, and Mantra. Later, through the American Institute of Vedic Studies—deeply influenced by Sri Aurobindo's Integral theory and Sri Ramana Maharishi's Self-inquiry—I became both an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant and an Integral Vedic counselor.

As an Integral Vedic Counselor, my work is informed by my Nakshatra (birth star) spanning 3°20′–16°40′ in Pisces and its deity, Ahir Budhnya. This 'mystical serpent of the depths,' a powerful form of Shiva and one of the eleven Rudras, relates to the mysterious depths of the inner world and is considered a guardian of hidden wisdom.

I am uniquely attuned to this energy, allowing me to guide you into the unseen realms of consciousness, helping you bravely face and integrate your subconscious patterns.

This path is about fostering a profound transformation, reflecting Ahir Budhnya's embodiment of the cycle of creation and destruction for renewal. This awakening moves you to superconscious clarity. My counseling is rooted in the stable, foundational energies of this celestial influence.

Grateful to Shiva and Shakti, family, sangha, ancestors, Kula devatas, Ishta devatas and Gurus who protect and guide me.

In service to the oldest and last surviving ancient civilization on Earth.

Om Ahir Budhnyaya Namaha
