"Tapaḥ svādhyāy-iśvarapraṇidhānāni kriyā-yogaḥ"

Born in the UK and raised in the US, I've always felt a deep connection to my Vedic/Hindu ( Sanatana Dharma) ancestry and family traditions.

My spiritual path began in the early 2000s, when I taught Integral Yoga (Raja Yoga  of Adi Shankaracharya, Swami Sivananda, and Swami Satchidananda). Building on this, I became an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant (2011) and Integral Vedic counselor (2022) through the American Institute of Vedic Studies. In 2023, I lived and studied for a year at the Himalayan Institute. After this, I lived at the Arsha Vidya Gurukulam for a few months and studied Vedanta—the inquiry into Self.

In 2025, a rare planetary and mystical alignment led me to the Maha Kumbh Mela. Standing at the sacred confluence (Triveni Sangam) in the presence of Ma Ganga, I experienced a profound inner awakening. It felt like an ancient code reactivating within me—a palpable connection to the collective prayers of my ancestors.

In that moment of clarity, I realized my path: to honor my ancestors and serve others as a spiritual doula. Just as a birth doula supports a birth or a death doula assists with death, I offer emotional, energetic, psychic, and spiritual support to those going through intense transformation.

My service is rooted in the work of Maharishi Patanjali, a master psychologist, scientist of consciousness and compiler of the Yoga Sutras. This wisdom informs my own sadhana (spiritual practice) and purification known as Kriya Yoga—a powerful alignment of Tapas (discipline), Svadhyaya (self-study), and Isvara Pranidhanani (surrender to the Divine conciousness) that provides unshakable stability.

In Hindu tradition, Patanjali is revered as an avatar of the cosmic serpent, Adi Shesha, who embodies infinity and the foundation of the Universe.

This lineage connects directly to my celestial influence and Vedic Astrological Nakshatra (birth star), spanning 3°20′– 16°40′ in Pisces. The Devata (deity) associated with this star is Ahirbudhnya, the 'serpent of the depths.'

While Adi Shesha holds the cosmos, Ahirbudhnya is the guardian of the inner mystical domains and the awakening of kundalini energy. I am uniquely attuned to this foundational serpentine current, which gave the world the map of Yoga. This frequency allows me to help you navigate the unseen realms toward clarity.

In service to the oldest surviving ancient civilization on Earth.
